Work Carried out: Stormwater retention system, including 22 pits, 900mm Concrete pipe, and all connections to pits, Central sewerage pipes consisting of 150mm DWV pipes. Water and Gas.

Installation of Water, Gas and sewage to all units, Offices and Art Center.

The Project Started in April 2008 and was completed by May 2009.
